Reasonable adjustments: An autistics experience

An autistic accountants experience with reasonable adjustments. An article I wrote for Me.Decoded is now available to read.

‘The managers that refuse to see disability as a burden and instead see it as one unique aspect of that employee, those are the managers worth turning up every day and working hard for.’

The Bank of America Merrill Lynch made a promise to me in the interview stages that my disability would never get in the way of my career with them. They never faltered on this, going above and beyond to accommodate me throughout my time with them.

Now working for Exchequer Accountancy Services, I am constantly amazed by the no hassle approach to adapting my environment.
